By accessing or using The Bland Network (the "Service"), operated by Bland Productions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through blandtv.com, blandnetwork.com, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access the Service.
The Bland Network is a free, ad-supported internet television and radio broadcasting platform that aggregates and streams publicly available content, including:
The Service is provided free of charge. No subscription, account, or payment is required to access the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. The Kids section is intended for family viewing but parental supervision is recommended. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Third-Party Content. The majority of content available on The Bland Network is owned by third-party broadcasters, content creators, networks, and rights holders. The Bland Network does not claim ownership of any third-party content. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
Public Domain Content. Films, shows, and media identified as "Public Domain" are works whose copyright has expired or was never established under applicable law. These works are freely available to the public. Public domain films are sourced primarily from the Internet Archive (archive.org).
Stream Aggregation. The Bland Network aggregates publicly available broadcast streams. We do not host, store, transcode, or modify third-party video or audio content. Streams are delivered directly from the originating broadcaster's servers or through publicly available content delivery networks.
Our Content. The Bland Network interface, design, code, logos, graphics, and any original programming produced by Bland Productions LLC are owned by Bland Productions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to:

Your notice must contain: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized; (v) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; (vi) your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the identified content and make reasonable efforts to notify the content provider. We may terminate access for repeat infringers.
Stream Availability. All streams are provided by third-party sources. The Bland Network does not guarantee the availability, quality, continuity, or reliability of any stream. Streams may be interrupted, delayed, degraded, or unavailable at any time without notice due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to: broadcaster outages, network congestion, CDN failures, geographic restrictions, rights changes, or technical difficulties.
Content Accuracy. We do not verify, edit, fact-check, or endorse the content of any third-party stream. News broadcasts, commentary, and other content reflect the views of the originating broadcaster, not Bland Productions LLC. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content.
Geographic Restrictions. Some content may be subject to geographic restrictions imposed by the originating broadcaster. Certain streams may not be available in all regions. The Bland Network uses IP-based geolocation to deliver region-appropriate content, including local news channels, but does not guarantee the accuracy of geolocation.
Content Changes. The channel lineup, stream sources, and available content may change at any time without notice. Channels may be added, removed, or replaced as stream availability changes.
Live Content. Live streams carry inherent risks of unexpected content. The Bland Network exercises no editorial control over live third-party broadcasts and cannot guarantee that live content will be appropriate for all audiences.
The Bland Network aggregates free internet radio streams from independent, public, and community broadcasters. Radio streams are delivered directly from the originating station's servers. All music rights, licensing (including ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SoundExchange compliance), and royalty obligations are the responsibility of the originating radio station. The Bland Network does not perform, reproduce, or distribute musical works — we provide links to publicly available streams.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLAND PRODUCTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT STREAMED THROUGH THE SERVICE. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SOURCES AND WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR SUCH CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLAND PRODUCTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (E) EXPOSURE TO CONTENT THAT MAY BE OFFENSIVE, INACCURATE, OR OBJECTIONABLE; OR (F) ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF ANY STREAM OR THE SERVICE. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bland Productions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION IN PEORIA COUNTY, ILLINOIS. YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.
The Bland Network is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some content may not be authorized for viewing in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that content on the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
The Bland Network includes a Kids category with content intended for younger audiences. However, we do not specifically target the Service to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Service is not a substitute for parental supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service.
The Service incorporates content and functionality from third parties, including but not limited to: YouTube (Google LLC), Internet Archive, SomaFM, KEXP, NTS Radio, various news broadcasters, FAST channel providers, and other stream sources. Your use of these third-party streams may be subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We provide attribution for third-party content where required and practicable.
Bland Productions LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, cyber attacks, broadcaster outages, CDN failures, government actions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
